OISC Level 1 Course Content 

Our Live Online OISC Level 1 Course follows the below topics:

• The OISC – what it does and how it operates
• The Level 1 competence assessment
• Analysis of the structures, terminology and framework of UK immigration and nationality law
• Visitor leave and visitor rules
• Working/business/family/study visas – overview
• Settlement
• Overstaying and overstaying rules
• British citizenship and British naturalisation/registration
• Going through a past OISC Level 1 competence assessment paper and developing knowledge and looking closely at exam technique.

Detailed, up-to-date OISC Handbook 

The OISC Level 1 Course includes our OISC Handbook, around 80 pages of up-to-date content which we have prepared for the course. We like to update the Handbook before each course, and email a pdf copy to you in advance of the course start date. If you prefer a hard-copy, we charge an additional amount to cover the printing, binding and delivery. We also offer OISC Mock Exam papers.

Who teaches the OISC Level 1 course?

Our immigration law tutors are experienced OISC-accredited advisers. Oliver shall be teaching this course – he is an OISC Level 3 adviser with close to 20 years’ experience in the immigration sector. He has practised immigration law and asylum law during this period at solicitors’ firms and OISC firms, has received many positive reviews and his expertise shall help you to pass the OISC exam and become an immigration adviser.

Where does the OISC Course take place?

The OISC Level 1 course is a Live Online session, which means that you can access it from the comfort of your desired location. To facilitate a classroom-like experience, we require delegates to appear on camera for the duration of the course.

How long does the OISC Level 1 Course last?

The OISC Level 1 Training lasts for a full day, beginning at 9.30am and ending around 5.30pm. There are short breaks in the morning and afternoon, along with a longer lunch break.

How much does the OISC Level 1 Course cost?

The course costs £200.00 and there is no additional VAT.
