Our exam-focused courses are designed to help you pass the Patent Examination Board (PEB) FD3 exam on your first attempt, so that you don’t need to put your career and life on hold.

WHAT DOES A SESSION INCLUDE
- After booking for a session, you will receive a past FD3 examination paper to attempt.
- Upon submission of your answer script for that paper, we will mark your script and provide you with personal feedback.
- We’ll also invite you to a Live Online Debrief session with an experienced FD3 tutor to help you improve your exam technique.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Select how many sessions of FD3 you wish to attend and choose the respective dates.
- Place your order.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Attempt the relevant past paper for the FD3 session and submit your script by the mentioned deadlines, after which we will provide personal feedback on your script.

Candidates often attend multiple sessions to practise a range of past papers. Discounted pricing is available when booking several courses together at:
- 5% discount when booking 2 courses
- 10% discount when booking 3–5 courses
- 20% discount when booking 6 courses

STANDALONE PAPER MARKING
We now offer marking only of any FD3 past Papers. Submit your answer script to any of the FD3 past papers and our tutors/examiners will mark your Paper and provide you with detailed feedback. The price is only £249.00 per Paper. To get started, contact us on hello@pacificlegaltraining.com.

OUR TUTORS
Tim Allsop is the Principal Patent Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence. He has extensive experience in the UK FD exams, having served as an author for study guides and a tutor for the examinations.
WHAT ARE THE PEB FD EXAMINATIONS?
The PEB FD comprises 4 examinations and is designed to meet the requirements of the final stage of training for a patent attorney – FD1, FD2, FD3, FD4. Our team has developed the FD3 examination course to help you increase your confidence to pass the FD3 examinations on your first attempt.
