Our OISC Level 2 Training involves a comprehensive look at intermediate to advanced UK immigration law, including the following topics:

1. • The scope of OISC Level 2 accreditation
   • The OISC Level 2 competence assessment
   • The Immigration Rules and Leave outside the Rules
   • The European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights.
   • Article 8 case law
   • Asylum, Refugee status and Humanitarian Protection status – procedure and case law
   • British citizenship and statelessness
   • Immigration offences and civil penalties
   • Rights of challenge and appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal (IAC)
   • Detention and Bail
   • We shall also go through a past OISC Level 2 exam paper.​

OISC Level 2 Handbook 

The OISC Level 2 Training comes with our OISC Handbook, which is sent to you as a pdf and is included in the course price. If you would like us to print and post the OISC Handbook to you , we charge a supplemental fee to cover the additional costs incurred. For the purposes of taking the OISC Level 2 exam, we recommend printing out both the OISC Handbook and the OISC Exam Resource Book. We also offer OISC Mock Exam papers.

Subject to eligibility, we also invite OISC course delegates to our WhatsApp Club, which gives you access to a network of immigration professionals, including previous OISC course attendees. This Club provides you with excellent networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, to help further your immigration career.

Who teaches the OISC Level 2 Course?

Our immigration law tutors are experienced OISC-accredited advisers and have been working in the immigration field for many years. They are knowledgeable in their field and teach OISC delegates the information required in order to pass the OISC exam.

Where does the OISC Course take place?

The OISC Level 2 course takes place online and we use Microsoft Teams, which is an easy platform to use and similar to Zoom. In order to facilitate a classroom-like experience, we request all delegates to appear on camera for the duration of the OISC course.

How long is the OISC Level 2 Course?

The OISC Level 2 Training lasts for a full day, beginning at 9.30am and ending around 5.00pm. There are short breaks in the morning and afternoon, along with a longer lunch break.

How much does the OISC Level 2 Course cost?

The OISC course costs £200.00. Please note that we do not charge any additional VAT, so the total cost for the course is £200.00.
